Hi! I’m so glad you’ve found me. I’m Stina, and I’m a non-diet dietitian.

I empower women to nourish themselves and their family with confidence. I have a special interest in womens health, as well as family and childhood nutrition. I am a strong believer in trusting your intuition. I believe that by becoming more mindful of how the food we eat makes us feel, we can start making choices around food that feel good in our body and improve our physical and mental health. The same goes for awareness around how our thoughts and judgements about food choices and our body makes us feel. Mindset is so important!
